We are thrilled to be associated with one of the largest social housing projects in Mauritius, located in the vibrant communities of Mare Tabac and Dagotiere. This ambitious development comprises 956 affordable residential flats, spanning a total covered area of 66,920 square meters. The project features a 'Ground plus One' construction model, designed to create comfortable and accessible living spaces for its residents.
We have implemented advanced electrification measures to meet the electrical requirements of the community, along with a sturdy sewerage network for efficient waste management. Additional features include high-quality aluminum work in doors and windows, internal roads for hassle-free transportation, and area drainage systems to prevent flooding.
This development significantly upgrades living standards in the area, offering the local community decent, safe, and attractive housing solutions that are well-planned and thoughtfully designed.
