Mr. Varinder Kumar Garg started his journey as a trainee under an established construction organization. A man of vision, he set his goals high. Working with great acumen, he assessed the industry needs and gave shape to his aspirations by establishing VarinderaConstructions Ltd. in the year 1987.
Under his effective management as a Chairman, the firm quickly progressed from an E-class contractor for MES to class A & subsequently to the highest Super Special “SS” class contractor in 1997.
He was elected as the President of MES Builders Association of India and served from 2007-09. He has also been facilitated with many prestigious awards like “Bhartiya Nirman Ratan” award in 2003, “Indira Gandhi Sadbhavana Award” in 2007 and Vishwakarma Award for the year 2010 by the Construction Industry Development Council

Mr. Vivek joined VCL in 2008 and has been instrumental in driving business growth over the last 10 years (Around 25% + CAGR) He has deep understanding of the business driven by his educational background of Civil Engineering followed by Construction Management and is actively involved across multiple areas including Business Development, Strategic Policies, Business Structuring & Internal Finance Controls, Governance and Compliances.
Mr. Baljeet Sharma
Sr. Vice President – Projects
Baljeet Sharma serves as Sr. Vice President Operations, he brings over three decades of experience in civil construction, operations, project management and have completed many prestigious projects in India and Mauritius. Throughout his journey, he worked with almost all the government departments and was responsible for driving the company’s strategy, creating assets, managing large teams, and ensuring overall operational success while delivering financial and business growth results and will continue.
Mr. Vikas Jain
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Vikas Jain, our Chief Financial Officer, brings in over significant years of experience in financial strategy and commercial management. He has held leadership roles at KEC International, Kalindee Rail Nariman (Texmaco Rail), UEM India, and PL Engineering, where he played a pivotal role in optimizing financial operations. Vikas is responsible for driving VCL’s financial strategy and ensuring the company’s financial growth and stability.
He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Commerce from the Delhi University and is an associate member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. His strong financial background ensures effective management of VCL’s financial processes.
Mr. Atul Goyal
Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO)
Atul Goyal serves as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), he brings over 2 decades of experienced business leader in various stages of businesses like start-ups, transformations, restructuring, M&As, scale ups etc. With Large, Mid-Size having multi-geography presence under diverse domains. He has expertise in managing entire HR operations with key focus on productivity, bottom line profitability by ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
He holds Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from UBS, Punjab University and B. Tech in Computer Sciences. Prior to VCL, his professional journey is adorned with KEC International, Avaada Power, Sterling and Wilson, Hilton Worldwide and Voltas, architecting a robust talent framework and fostering a culture of excellence.
Mr. Dinesh Chandra Tiwari
Senior Vice President - Projects
Dinesh Chandra Tiwari, our Senior Vice President – Projects, brings in over significant years of experience in civil engineering and project management. He has successfully led major infrastructure projects, including the AIIMS hospital project in Jammu, and has held leadership roles at Monte Carlo Limited, Ahulwalia Contracts, and JMC Projects. Dinesh is responsible for the timely and cost-effective delivery of VCL’s key projects.
He holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Government Polytechnic, Nainital, a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and completed the YPO Future of Construction Program in Copenhagen. His leadership and extensive experience ensure VCL’s projects are executed with precision and efficiency.
Mr. Salil Pandya
Head of Supply Chain Management
Salil Pandya, our Head of Supply Chain Management, brings in over significant years of experience in procurement, contracts, and supply chain management across industries such as automotive, steel, and construction. He has successfully managed supply chain operations for large-scale residential, commercial, and township projects across India. His previous roles at Oberoi Realty, Runwal Group, and Omkar Realtors reflect his proficiency in optimizing procurement for high-end developments.
Salil holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Government Engineering College, Jabalpur, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business anagement from Amity Business School, Noida. His strategic leadership ensures seamless supply chain management at VCL.
Mr. Anurag Srivastava
Company Secretary and Compliance Officer
Anurag Srivastava, the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at VCL, brings in significant years of experience in corporate governance and legal compliance. Previously, he held senior positions at Signature Global (India) Limited and Supertech Limited, where he managed critical corporate secretarial and legal functions. At VCL, he ensures adherence to regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards.
Anurag earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Allahabad, a Bachelor of Law from Veer Kunwar Singh University, and a Master of Commerce from V.B.S. Purvanchal University. As a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, he is instrumental in overseeing compliance functions at VCL.
Mr. Nitansh Platia
Assistant Vice President - Strategy, Planning and Monitoring
Nitansh Platia is the Head of Strategy and Project Monitoring at VCL Group. He is responsible for the design and implementation of the organization’s growth strategy and for setting up a central Project Monitoring Group to bring in more Project controls.
He has rich significant years of experience in driving growth strategies and bringing in operational efficiencies across organisations. Prior to VCL, he was associated with companies like Kalpataru Projects International Limited, Tata Steel Limited, Jindal Steel & Power & Alstom Projects India Limited. Recently in 2024, he was chosen as one among the 15 Young Global Business Leaders under the age of 40 years by the International Rail Journal (IRJ).
He completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ranchi, and his B.Tech from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT) Bhopal. He is a certified Six Sigma (Green Belt) professional and a Silver Medallist in National Mathematics Olympiad.
