We are thrilled to be associated with a mega residential construction project for the Central Reserve Police Force at New Town Rajarhat, Kolkata. This massive development comprises 266 family quarters of various types, designed to offer modern and comfortable living spaces for CRPF personnel.
The residential components include 204 Type II quarters, 30 Type III quarters, 30 Type IV quarters, and 2 Type V quarters. The project features a well-planned RCC framed building with a covered area of 29,000 square meters and a classy SG + 17 stories structure.
The scope of work includes the installation of internal and external water supply systems, latest innovative sanitary installations and drainage systems for perfect water management, full electrification infrastructure to meet the energy requirements of residents, robust sewerage system and area drainage solutions for a hygienic environment, and 4 high-speed lifts for improved accessibility. This project provides a modern, comfortable, and secure living environment for CRPF personnel, reflecting our commitment to their well-being and quality of life.
