To boost economic growth and strengthen consumer confidence in the housing sector, Vivek Infra Projects was incorporated on 3 rd March 2010 under the Company Act 1956. The ISO 9001-2008 certified company aims to exclusively construct affordable housing for the lower/middle-income groups.
Merely a year after its inception, Vivek Infra initiated a momentous move of acquiring 12.5 acres of land from the Municipal Corporation of Bhatinda in an auction bid. The land has a privileged location at Dabwali Road, Bathinda adjacent to Bathinda Chemical Factory. It is nearly 2.7 km from AIIMS, Bathinda and around 7.0 km from the railway station.
The developers of Vivek Infra group conjured up a tremendous development at the site with the execution of residential township comprising of 1150 smart value homes with basic amenities such as health club, jogging track, swimming pool, etc., in a phased manner. The first phase shall cover approximately 650 dwelling units of 2-3 BHK. In the second phase, a total of 500 dwelling units shall be constructed.
